Ticket Systems offers the most comprehensive solution to all of your
event ticketing needs. We have designed a “state of the art” wireless bar code
scanning system which surpasses anything currently available in the industry.
o Tickets and credentials are designed and printed
in-house. All ITS documents are custom designed to your
specifications. Most ticketing companies rely on “stock” designs and printing,
and adapt your information to fit their ticket. We can also provide you with
laminated credentials for your directors, staff, etc.
o Four security features in each document. With our
unique production process, ITS documents are easily identifiable and virtually
impossible to duplicate. Other companies use 50% or less security features in
their tickets, and many have no security features of any kind.
o No minimum order. At ITS, there are no minimums. If you need twenty of a particular
ticket, we can accommodate you. Other ticket companies require you to order in
quantities of at least 100. Some as many as 500 or more.
o Tickets packaged to your specifications. ITS will package your tickets to meet your
distribution requirements. If you need twenty four tickets for delivery to a
particular outlet, we are happy to accommodate your needs. Other ticket
companies only package in 100, 250, or 500 piece bundles.
o UPC Barcode. ITS is licensed to add a UPC bar code to your tickets for presale at outlets with scanning registers.
The UPC allows the store to scan and place the sale in their
system. This eliminates under counter cash bags, and allows for accurate store
reporting, reconciliation and payment to your event.
o Wireless scanning at entry points. All ITS
scanners connect to the server through our wireless 128 bit encrypted
network. No phone or data lines to
clutter up your busy gates.
o Ticket information continually updated. Scanned ticket data is transferred over the network,
updating all gates on a continual basis. Scanned tickets are invalidated in our
system, and cannot be used again.
o Handheld scanners. ITS scanners are small, lightweight, and easy to use. One button is
all it takes to scan. Our software alerts the user visually and audibly of the
validity of the ticket being scanned. On average, it takes less than three
seconds to scan a ticket and move the patron through the gate.
o Bar coding more than just a security feature. Scanning
tickets for validation at the gates is but one use of the bar code. Each bar
coded ticket has its own unique identification number. The data collected by
scanning, and the reports generated can be helpful in many areas of your event.
o Printed reports. Our daily and final reports give you accurate attendance numbers in a
variety of formats. This information can be used for everything from scheduling
security and money runs to sponsorship and grant acquisition. They also make
reconciling your gate receipts easy as well.
